Asharqia Chamber and in partnership with the Saudi Export Development Authority will be hosting three workshops on the rules and terminology of international trade, how to protect international trademarks, and international pricing. It would take place at the headquarter of the Chamber at 9 am on 5-6 September.
The three workshops aim at introducing the business sector, the exporters and importers in the Eastern Province of the legal rules and international trade terms applicable in the countries of the world, or the so-called Incoterms, as business transactions, their ramifications and their different terms among countries have increased, as well as explanations of trademark protection procedures internationally, as a way to distinguish certain products and services, and laws enacted by the Kingdom within the trademark system to preserve the rights and interests of consumers, as well as the rights and interests of trademark traders, and finally provide the best way to deal with the complexities of international pricing and the study of pricing positions and decisions faced by companies in international marketing.
